This policy applies to the National Career & Scholarship Test (NCST) registration fee paid to Edunotech India.
1. General policy
Once the registration fee for NCST is paid and the payment is successful, the fee is generally non-refundable. By completing payment, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted this policy.
2. When refunds may be considered
We may consider a refund only in the following cases:
- Duplicate payment: If the same candidate has been charged twice for the same test window, we will refund the duplicate amount after verification.
- Cancellation of test by us: If Edunotech India cancels the NCST for a given window, we will refund the full registration fee to all registered candidates for that window.
- Technical failure: If a payment was taken but the order was not completed due to a proven technical failure on our or the payment gateway’s side, we may process a refund after investigation.
Refunds are at our sole discretion and subject to verification. We are not obliged to refund in cases of change of mind, no-show, or disqualification due to violation of test rules.
3. How to request a refund
Send an email to edunotechindia@gmail.com with:
- Your full name and registered email
- Order ID / payment reference number
- Reason for the refund request
We will respond within 7–10 business days. If your request is approved, the refund will be processed to the same payment method used for the transaction, as per Razorpay/bank timelines (typically 5–10 business days).
4. Cancellation by you
If you wish to cancel your registration before the test, you may inform us by email. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund unless one of the conditions in section 2 applies.
