Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using the National Career & Scholarship Test (NCST) website and services operated by Edunotech India.
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using our website, registering for NCST, or making a payment, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Eligibility
You must meet the eligibility criteria specified for NCST (e.g., students or working professionals as per the current brochure). You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. We reserve the right to cancel registration or refuse service if information is found to be false or if you do not meet eligibility.
3. Registration and payment
Registration for NCST is complete only after successful payment of the registration fee. Fees are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Payment is processed through Razorpay; you agree to their payment terms as applicable.
4. Conduct during the test
You agree to:
- Take the test personally and not use unfair means
- Not share login credentials or allow another person to take the test on your behalf
- Follow instructions provided for the test (e.g., no external help, no multiple devices as per rules)
Violation may result in cancellation of your result and/or disqualification without refund.
5. Intellectual property
All content on this website (text, logos, design, images) is owned by Edunotech India or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without written permission.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Edunotech India shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or NCST, including technical failures, internet issues, or loss of data. Our total liability shall not exceed the registration fee paid by you.
7. Changes to terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated via the website or email where appropriate.
